you'll get it back. happened to me a year ago let my sister use my card at the gas station now I use a prepaid card from walmart to avoid this from happening.

im sorry OP. maybe my dh and i will stay with Citi. they're always freezing his card every time he comes down and he gets so annoyed but maybe it's a good thing

This is why I don't use my checking account online.  I only use disposable credit cards from the drugstore.

Everybody else that is wary of online purchases, I was told to look at the address bar.  It must say https:/ not http:/   the s stands for SECURE!!

This. I've been through my fair share of BS with banks and checking debit cards. I now use the Walmart Prepaid card and I'll only load it for the amount of my intended purchase(s).
