Here are the details. I had to do this on my mannequin bc my friend went shopping and i had to start cleaning my house.
 
here is the base...
 
 
 
I braided the mannequins hair and u see the leaveout.
 
 
 
 
My crazy child balded this mannequins head so I couldnt do a middle part and i was so mad!!!
 
 
 
Now I braided the leaveout and you see the base. This is the correct base you are suppose to use. Now the finished look i did an off base braid so you can see better but this is how small the part is suppose to be!!
 
 
 
This is the off base braid and you are NOT suppose to use this braiding off base but I did it for showing the picture better and bigger purposes.
 
 
 
 
start sewing in the hair like you would normally do....
 
 
 
This is what I meant by flipping the wefts.....
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Now refer to page 7. I did this for bigger pictures and you can see exactly how to do this.

i still dont get it because on the mannequin i still see track/weft. but on urs I dont see anything. So it is basically the reverse method with no leave out?

I have to figure out how to do this!  I hate being victim to headbands and such since I don't personally want a full weave or closure.

yes. remember to do the on base braid. i did the braid off base so you can see it better. bc if i did it on base it would be hard for me to take pictures and see it clearer. If you braid the hair on base and do the reverse method for the top track you wont see the track bc its on the base of the braid and no hair left out

ok I did the off base braid to show a better understanding of how this is done and now here is what its suppose to look like.

Here is the hair flipped folded and wefted......
 
 
 
 
Here is the final look and I still have some of the track hanging. I didnt cut it bc this is for demostration only......
