i personally think they should be made to feel what the victim felt, physically and emotionally. and if the victim had a rape kit conducted, they would have to get one done as well. its painful and that they would have to pay for it as well...and it costs over 4K. and be publicly shamed. and then be thrown in jail for a long ass time.

DUI- 2yrs Mandatory AA classes, suspended and restricted license, sit in
grief meetings with people who've lost loved ones to drunk drivers.
Identity
theft- Pay your victims back including their costs to try and correct
the damage to their credit. Your credit would be rejected until you pay
your dues to the victim, after that your credit/name would be
permanently red flagged.
Rape/molesters- Segregated from other non sex crime prisoners, little supervision (if you get traded for some toilet likka, so be it), hard labor + life sentence.

Great idea. I think making it difficult to ever use credit again is a great punishment...and maybe they'd get an automatic higher interest rate.

I've heard of weekend jail being done before. I know of a few people (SMDH) that have had to do it. And I actually know that girl too
