I ordered from an unknown vendor

On alibaba and I am disappointed. To make a long story short I ordered 2 bundles, 1 14" Brazilian curly and 1 16" Brazilian curly both 4oz (but weighed out to 4.2 oz each). I loved this hair right out of the package. I had no problems with the shipping, delivery, or the vendor himself either. The day I got the hair I had my sister co wash it for me because I had to go to work. When I got ready to install it on my upart the next day the wefts were short as hell! I either had to split the tracks or order a 3rd bundle. I know they say the longer the hair the shorter the weft but I didnt even order long lengths! Thats ridiculous for a 14 and 16 inch. I ended up giving the hair to my sister and she made it work. She has had the hair installed for 3 weeks so far with no problems except a little shedding. I tried to tell the vendor that next time he needs to extend the wefts but he's acting like he can't understand what I mean . What can I say to him so that he'll understand what I mean??
