i know exactly which aloe very youre talking about.. ill try drinking it as well..
i want to try bentonite clay in a bath for detoxing.. i really need it. my skin was soooo much softer (like everyone would just caress me like a dog cus my skin was like silk) before i started eating kinda bad and drinking a lot.. it just feels so different now..
|
wouldnt the clay clog the tub?
and yea you should do a detox and try incorporating some healthy foods in your diet again
i still eat fast food occasionally too lol...but i try to stay away from notoriously bad foods |
idk but i have read a lot (and it says it on the container) about ppl using it in the bath for detoxing skin.. i never really wanted to try it just cus cleaning the tub seems like it would be a mess.. but yea i didnt even think of clogging.
i still drink veggie juices and i don't touch fast food.. but i have had fried things (i used to rarely eat it), a lot more sugar than normal, and way more processed and inorganic things... i think the alcohol is a huge part.. i think it depleted everything good in my body.. now I'm all rough and full of toxins but i steeeeel wanna go get some wine or somethin right now..
|
yea that clay would be a mess..i wouldnt dare bath in that sounds like a plumbing expense waiting to happen
hmmm...do you drink a lot of water?
since the alcohol is depleting you maybe you should try to make up for it by drinking more water
it might not completely replenish you...but it should help...drinking more water is never harmful...
like after a night a drinking wake up the next day and drink a big jug of water

id like to go back to only water, tea, and sometimes coffee… with the addition of aloe (and alcohol sometimes)

is the castile soap drying in any way to you all? | Yes ma'am. Just apply a moisturizer after you use it and you'll be fine.
I used it for my scalp the other day and it always gets it squeaky clean.
I also used it to get a big set olive oil stain out of my sweatshirt after everything else failed.
|
wow it works good for tough stains too
thanks for the heads up....
im sure ill be fine..ill be applying coconut oil afterwards so that will help with the dryness
|
It really does. It cuts oil right out.
