so i might be adding coconut oil to my list...this is amazing

101 Uses for Coconut Oil

  1. In cooking as a great oil with a high smoke point. Great for baking, stir-frys or as a dairy free replacement to butter.
  2. Taken supplementally for daily energy
  3. As a coffee creamer when emulsified into coffee (The only way I’ll drink coffee)
  4. On the skin as a basic lotion
  5. In homemade lotion bars for soft, smooth skin
  6. In homemade deodorant or deodorant bars
  7. As an eye-makeup remover
  8. As a cloth diaper safe diaper cream (just rub on baby’s bottom)

yeah coconut oil is the GOAT. i mix brown sugar with it to use as a scrub and OMG!

I think one of the last things I need is to make my own lactic acid lotion for the colder/drier days...

I read about this on here a while ago...

I like coconut oil but if your skin is really sensitive it will break up out......I get hives from it.....and I love its smell.

ive used it before on my body and it didnt break me out...it didnt do much of anything...

but im gonna give it another shot....

now i dont remember if ive applied it on my face...

im not sure i will....maybe just a drop....too much probably will break out my face

I have used regular sugar and water as a scrub for years and it works well so it should work for this.
