Firstly I apologize in advance if this has been done recently....

But looking around my bathroom i have wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too many skin and hair items/products vitamins and supplements and I really want to simplify things this year.

Is there like one major skin thread? I know there are many threads on skin care but can we make one big collective thread?

I want to only use around 5 or 6 staple items for my skin..i need to get rid of all this unneeded stuff..

1. I drink aloe vera juice now (thanks to NishaEmbarrassed)...so im gonna get rid of all these other supplements and vitamins

2. I just want one face AND body soap...ive been using black soap but it is so messyDead
I need something else

3. I need one good exfoliant

4. And I need one good moisturizer...whether it be lotion or a mixture to spray on in the shower...something that's consistent

Over the years Ive tried all kinds of mixtures, serums, natural soaps, aztec healing clays, butters, lotions, all kinds of supplements, so much stuff i dont know what worked or not...lol

Thanks guysHeart

i basically use cetaphil cleanser (1)/moisturizer (2).  i exfoliate with the cleanser and scrubby gloves.

i use castille soap (3) (which i use for shaving...cleaning my makeup brushes and many many other things in my home) for my body.  and with the gloves to exfoliate.  and then moisturizer (from above (2)) and,or apricot oil (4)(which i also use on my hair sometimes.

so that's  4 products...
