OP congrats on your weight loss, sounds excellent that you found somthing that works for you. I just can't do it. Tuna for a month. Keep us updated though.

I can't do tuna for a month although I do love tuna fish. I could probably do a mix of tuna fish, chicken salads and hard boiled eggs but then again, I am the mom and main cook of the house so I'm sure temptation would take over when I have to prepare regular meals for my family lol

The lols are because you are starving....eating a can of two with two
eggs and fixing but only sugar free drinks. That is equal to one
meal....You are going to throw your metabolism out of wack. The weight
will come roaring back and bring plenty of rolls along for the ride. You
have no veggies no vitamins etc.

Yeaaa...so congrats on the weight loss but you are setting yourself up for SERIOUS health problems. Like some commentors noted, you're robbing your system of vegetables, vitamins, and other nutrients you need to survive. Your skin is clear and your hair is growing because you're drinking SO much water. I don't see where you note you're even exercising (which I wouldn't recommend on this diet, because it doesn't seem like you're taking in enough calories). There are good carbs and bad carbs, but without any you're bound to pass out. I'm no nutritionist but I see red flags all over... You can exercise, eat more, eat healthy, lose weight and not put yourself at such great risks
