thats great news op, im glad it can be done. i tried it once...Cry but i failed. i hated eating it everyday all day.heck i've got some in the fridge right now(unopened)..and its been there foreverCry

Ive tried this before but I only did it for only 5 days and it worked for me. I did it for 5 days straight then ate regular low cal for a week then back on it again for 5 days. Lost 20 pounds in a month and have kept it off. Most folks only do it for 3 dayz but I likes tuna so I wus able to squeeze out 5.

You going to pass out if you continue eating 500 cals plus exercise and gain a lot of weight back.

If it works for you then go ahead. I like Boo Boo Bears routine that would do better for me. Again what works for you...I see your going to progress to an actual diet plan that incorporates more in ahwile. Good luck to you and keep us posted.

based on your first post... it sounds like u lost weight because you're not eating at all. one meal a day and everything else water. u could lose weight eating cheetos only if that's all you're eating and only once a day.... no offense.

all fish/seafood is a good idea. but for the sake of not falling for temptation i think some variety is a good idea... as well as eating more than once a day. most ppls bodies go into natural starvation mode under those circumstances and actually hold onto more weight that way.

unless that one meal is 1200-2000 calories not really. feeling full and fully nourishing your body properly throughout the day are two different things. u may be getting the right amount of protein for the entire day.. but that's only protein. one thing. you're looking too deep. i wasn't telling anyone to do a cheeto diet, i was simply making an example that under-nourishment is under nourishment no matter if it's using good or bad foods.
