Thankfully, the judge was a very understanding man!
The cop though..
Dude had the nerve to be committing perjury and sh*t.
I said my testimony in full detail especially highlighting all faults of the cop (including his lack of a turn signal AND his dumb ass writing two different dates on my damn ticket) and presented laws exposing his own violations and laws proving my own stop completely legit. My major point in my testimony was the fact that he arrived at the intersection first. Had he not arrived at the intersection first and I "did not stop," I never would have waited for him and he would not have even been able to make that turn- he would have stopped me right then and there!
He did not cross examine me.
But the cop's testimony however was so damn vague and faulty! He was telling the judge that he saw me just stroll on through the intersection right in front of him despite my detailed-ass testimony.
I began my cross examination asking if he had the dashboard cam footage of that day to which he didn't- how convenient. I tore that muhfukka up and his stumbling, contradictions, and constant statement redactions made him look so bad in front of the judge and it was clear who was telling the truth.
