Has anybody used the split ender? It's this brush or comb, or whatever it is. It suppose to get rid of split ends.

I have. It's not bad but it takes forever! you have to do it in tiny sections or your hair gets all tangled. I'm not sure maybe you have finer hair than I do I'm a 2 a/b. You won't get an even trim because it only cuts splits up to a certain length , but it def. gets rid of most splits.

Most people i know that have bought the split ender says it a terrible product. Learn to dust your ends on your own. Its not that hard.

Thanks! Does anybody know the answer to this question? How do you know if your hair need a trim? When wash do you let it air dry because if you flat iron or blow dry straight how do you know? will the split end stick out, even when you flat iron or will it not stick out?

My friend used the split-ender and she has very thick 2a/b hair. She said it's a waste of time and money and it's more effort to use the "split-ender" than it is to just trim your own ends.

So it looks like on most hair types this product is garbage.
