That's just it, I'm not sure how unsafe it actually is.  Hydroquinone has been used for YEARS, but I have yet to see any reports of women getting cancer from using it.  I can understand banning anything over maybe 4%.

That is interesting.  I believe the problem is people are abusing it instead of using it for its intended purposes.

The U.S. is usually the most lenient when it comes to banning things, so if it's been banned in some places the U.S., it is probably unhealthy enough for you to not to want to use it.

Hydroquinone is a known carcinogen...why not try organic lemons instead? It's safer and probably more effective than Hydroquinone.

I JUST saw 2% hydroquinone cream today in Target. Forgot to check Walmart for 3% Nadinola.

I got an Azelex Rx filled in March, when was it banned?

Surely this cannot be true. My friend just came back from a derm appt with Dr Blackburn. She got and filled a 'script for his Blackburn mixture which a hydroquinone+retinoid mix.

He's still selling that stuff? Dr. Blackburn has been selling his special formula for years in Dallas...at least 20. And it's the same cream for alopecia, acne, etc.
I just bought some Ambi at Kroger here in Dallas.
