So from my rearch u only use wild yam while you are on your period but...what do u do if u don't have a period...like sometimes mine can show up one month be gone the next...sometimes it shows up twice a month..Laquintak what do?

i read if u have irregular periods start off using it everyday until your period arrives...guess ill do it once a day..

I have some more info and i wanted to share with u ladies...someone might need this info in the future...i cant copy and paste cuz I'm on my phone..i will keep it short and sweet and give u the most important info.

Ok..he said women with irregular periods need to use 10-20mgs daily. When your period arrives don't use the cream. use it 10-12 days after your period began. He said women like me need 10-20grams of progesterone cream daily...this is a low dose and won't cause an overload of progesterone. When a woman's hormones are balanced we produce 15-25mgs of progesterone daily. His name is Dr Lee and i didn't purchase his cream...i purchased one of the creams he recommends on his site. I've been using the cream 1/4 twice a day and i might up it to 3x a day..i notice I'm not suffering from PMS symptoms daily anymore...i still have insomnia tho...but things like this take time. HTH someone;)
