btw I don't get a period with the mirena so can't say how to use it for those that do I rub with it every night

With continued use it will regulate your period.  Depending on your prescription, you start on Day 12-14 of your cycle.(ie, first day is Day#1) and you continue until day 25 usually and in a few days you'll get your period.  Your doctor should be able to clarify if  you should do differently based on your cycle.  It takes about 3 months to get on a regular cycle and sometimes due to stress and other issues it could get off.  Last month my cycle was 12 days due to starting HCG but it is fine this month.

No need for saliva or bloodwork. Just wait until you have a period and then start the progesterone cream.  Also, the prescription is only about $30/month for biodentical cream.  If you are using synthetic.... RECONSIDER.

oh wow thanks..this is a cheaper alternative ....I'm on my period right now and its irregular...sometimes it skips around I'm off to do some research thanx again ladies i was aiming for something natural...

I was on it for 6 months and then didnt go back for the 3rd shot. Someone on here mentioned they were trying out an herbal birth control way way bck long time ago. I asked what herbal BC method they were using but never got a response.  It would be really great if someone had some info on that...maybe someone should start a thread about that and see if anyone responds. sh*t, u never know. That's one bandwagon im sure many of us would jump on (long as it is safe) most of the hormonal BC's out there now being used are far from safe. smh. every other day i see a warning commecrcial on TV and im like Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page. ...I USED TO TAKE YAZ!!! FML lol

my combo is using the wild yam cream and taking fenugreek, saw palmetto and noogling

looks like you aimin for boobs and got sum booty...i heard when your hormones start to balance it cam make your boobs and butt grow...seems like the less potent herbs work better than the strong ones...less exspensive too

A natural birth control method is the rythm method.  Your hormones and cycle must be regular.  You can track your potential ovulation by a calendar or taking your temperature.  I use an app called WomanLog that helps me track my period and I can tell when it is consistant.  They have a free version and a paid version for $2.99.  I use the free version.  Birth Control hormones cause problems to your health.  If you can use a non hormonal method I would suggest that in lieu of the health risks.
