How to use progesterone cream?

After bein on depo for 11months i have a progesterone deficiency but idk how to use the cream cuz i have irregular periods. I've always had irregular periods...my whole life..

anyways i was researching and some websites say to use 3weeks out the month..some say to use everyday until your period return then what? do i stop using it?

how long do i use it..? do u ladies just stop or do u get a saliva test to confirm..(i can't affor i a bloodtest).

Chile, I just got off DEPO in Dec after spotting for 6 months straight! smfh and my period just came the end of Feb for the first time since i been off the shot. That sh*t is  "no bueno"

These creams too damn expensive...i guess i have no choice but to stick to maca...hell i could make things worse...its almost impossible to keep your hormones balanced..theirs a thing called life..very stressful and it sucks

I was on the depo shot for 11 months but i was having bad side effects from it. i started growin hair on my face...i can't sleep at night...sex was awful i was dry as hell. I was due for a shot in Juanuary but i didn't go. I've been on and off maca since it December and my period always shows up when i take it. maybe maca is helping idk..i doubt I'm ovulating if TOM is here twice a month... I wish there was a natural herb that you could take for BC. I'm 26 and ive been off and on depo for a few years...at first i did like my periods gone but depo is bad in the long run
