Hello ladies, I don't have a weave, but my sister asked me if I could get some info from BHM. Basically, her weave is frizzy and gets unkempt easily. Her weave hair is Zury Yaki Perm (never heard of the zury and perm part)

Any tips on getting her weave beautiful and manageable again?

Hey Electric Lady - When my one weave became frizzy and unmanageable, I cowashed it, which is how I started cowashing daily...sometimes weave hair needs a little loving moisture too....then I'd leave a little condish in it to tame the frizzes...and it worked....I was sold from then on.

CryLOLUmmm too bad it doesn't work with my natural hair...it still frizzes..

If its not remy hair she probably shouldnt wash it or it might tangle really badly. Maybe a serum or a light oil will help maintain the frizzes. Garnier sleek and shine works pretty well

I would have her cowash it and then put sunsilk anti-poof or de-frizz on it then air dry or blow dry. Then I'd use a straightening creme like biosilk and flat iron it. That SHOULD work. I haven't used bss hair in a while but I know when I used to install my outre velvet remi it got REALLY big after washing, but flat ironing on high heat with a serum calmed it right down.
