I have only wore makeup once im my life and that was to prom. I am 28 y.o. I have no desire to ever wear it. I have to exfoliate my skin looks to much brighter instantly. I also do a green mask and daily moisturizer is a must for me. Also eyebrow arching is a must. Some lip gloss as well. Since I have been natural for the last 5 months I have been adding hair accessories. My skin does not like facial cleansers. I have tried so many and if I go one day with out using it then my skin breaks out. I dont like. So I dont use that. As some one else said cocoa butter is wonderful.

I don't wear make up really. The most I'll do is eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss...lol.

However if I don't have time for even that much, I just make sure I exfoliate well(acne prone skin), and moisturize,  my moisturizer has an SPF of 30 because they say black women still need this much and it's good for skin discoloration and such.

I brush after meals and use a teeth whitening pre rinse twice a day. Blistex for my lips and I try to keep my eyebrows waxed or shaped. That also opens up my eyes. Having your hair done helps you look put together too. Drinking the recommended 2 liters  of water per day is good for your skin as well as hydration.

I agree with everyone else Water and everyone could benefit from a little makeup no mater how beautiful
Before I started wearing makeup, I drank a lot of water wich really gave me a nice glow, plenty of rest, I use a good facial wash before bed which gave me a nice glow because sleep and the night helps rejuvenate your skin, SPF lotion when the sun is out, I always keep my eyebrows threaded, and a little mascara and a nice shimmer tinted lotion and lip gloss

Water, tea tree oil, groomed brows, tinted lip balm, exfoilating face regularly, getting rid of unwanted facial hair, hair skin nails vitamins.
However, while I do these things daily, I love makeup. When I go without, I have to wear my hair in a feminine style.

i exfoliate my face, like with the st ive scrub, a clay mask, sucks all the oils out and evens your skin. make sure your eyebrows are nice and arched and highlighted. and this may be weird but i use the monistat chaffing rub or lotion. its used for when like  your thighs rub together it smooths your skin so it slides, i use that on my face. its fills in any lines and really evens your skin like crazy it's weird. i double it as a primer. it only cost 5 dollars.
