Hello I have a question on maintaining the relaxed hair. Today I got my hair done and I was wondering if there were any tricks to keeping it soft and moist.
Thank you!

Ok thanks, but what do you do to your hair to keep it soft. For example, what do you apply to your hair after you wash it?

Try applying a moisturizing leave in such as HE Long Term Relationship Leave In.

Its hard to say .. sometimes I add product and sometimes I air-dry with nothing and can get the same result. When I add product it would be a moisturizer like Profectiv Long N Healthy and some heat protectant and rarely a leave in conditioner (they have started to make my hair crunchy).

what I do is... after i use shampoo>DC>conditioner I use CANTU LEAVE IN CONDITIONER especially at the roots and ends and put on a shower cap under my scarf. In the morning my hair is silky smooth.

Well after I was my hair, I add about a spoon full of unrefined shea butter to my conditioner (blended well).  After putting the conditioner mix on my hair I put on a plastic cap and sit under the dryer or use a hand dryer for less than 5 minutes (enough time for the mixture to melt into my hair).  Then I rinse. Next, I apply Orgaincs Shea Butter Moisturizing hair lotion (small amount).  Dry hair then flat iron.  This leaves my hair soft and shiny all week.  I don't know if it will work for you, but it worked for my relaxed hair.  Oh yeah, don't use too much of the conditioner mix if you do this because you don't want your hair to be too greasy or heavy.
