I don't know how to describe it but does anyone know how to get that glowing skin. I've definitely increased my water intake but i love that glow so much. Any advice? Should i buy one of l'oreal's self tanners? I feel odd because i'm not white and I hardly meet blacks who tan (lay on the beach) or use self tannersEmbarrassed

I agree eat well, hydrate and take good care of your skin. But sometimes when you see those celebrities with that “glow” look it’s the makeup they are wearing, it highlights parts of the face such as the cheekbones and forehead, so if you can’t get a natural glow as I doubt we can all glow all the time then head into MAC or Sephora and try out some products that can achieve that affect for your skin tone.

J Lo is a perfect example of this makeup technique she is always glowing but some of these celebs don’t have the skin we all think they do sometimes its all in the makeup!

Mix some honey with enough flour to create a paste and add a small amount of lemon juice. Apply this mask, leave it on for 15 minutes, then wash off with warm water and pat skin dry.
one more recipe for glow skin.
A mask featuring oatmeal smoothes skin and provides it with a lasting glow.

#1 - Eat a ton of carrots daily. I'd recommend drinking carrot juice in the morning and snacking on them all day.

#2 - have more sex

#3 - increase exercise

#4 - if you have hair on your face, get it threaded off (makes face smooth and brings blood to the surface)

Numerous studies and research have proven that consuming Beauty Nectar collagen drink will help replace lost collagen and will make skin hydrated, supple, firm, and younger looking. In the same manner as doctors perscribe nutritional supplements when there is a vitamin deficiency (Iron supplements for those with Iron Deficiency, Zinc supplements for those with Zinc deficiency, and many other vitamin supplements for those with specific deficiencies). The taking of collagen supplements will boost collagen levels effectively and, most importantly, naturally.
