I'm one of those people who has a lot of clothes, but never anything to wear. 

I have a lot of "going out clothes" but I rarely go out, and a lot of lazy-day lounge clothes that I wouldnt be caught dead in outside of the house or the gym.

I guess like every 2-3 weeks...but a lot of times I try to mix and match the outfits so they don't even look like the same items.

Once a week for shirts, pants...etc
Multiple times per week for jackets, hats...etc

Not often only because i wear scrubs like 6 days a week & when I am not wearing scrubs I am wearing my clothes that I wear to the gym, so I only have to wear real clothes on Sundays.

About every two/three weeks or so. I have a lot of tops so that helps to stretch my wardrobe.

I wear scrubs 90% of the time so I don't get to wear real clothes often. But I do have enough scrubs to go 3 weeks without wearing the same ones due to not having the time to wash as frequently..

So I rarely wear my clothes for the real world.

Dresses get worn once every 4 to 5 months (Don't wear dresses a lot). Patterned/Brightly colored shirts once every 2 months. Regular T-shirts once every 2-3 weeks. Jeans once every 2 weeks. Skirts once every 2-3 months.
