meh. like 1 out of every 10/20 purchases. usually i return if i ordered something online and it doesn't fit/look flattering.
once i've made it a point to bother escorting something to the register, it belongs to me. i'm more likely to exchange for a better size/fit.

Its not returns is returns with out a receipt....I bet she said you made $100 worth of returns without a receipt.......basically at the end of the day they have the right to tell you no.......$100 is a courtesy.....keeping your receipt is your responsibility......she prolly tracked it using your DL#.......

They BEEN tracking returns. why do you think they ask for your ID? If you are concerned about that, then dont give them your ID. If you have your receipt then what do they need it for? Challenge that
I know people who have maxed out the allotted returns so they just use someone else's ID

I have never heard of this. Even though I hate it I usually try on clothes in the store so I can avoid going back to the mall.

I don't return often, but whenever I do, I have a receipt. I keeps ALL receipts.
But I ain't mad that the are cracking down on returns. Too many people are abusing loose return policies.
Them heauxs on makeupalley are the WORST! Too damn lazy/riddled with social anxiety to leave their dwelling and go to Sephora and swatch or get a damn sample.
And please don't come in here tellin me why you order shyt instead of going to Sephora. I am specifically talking about the serial returners on mua, not y'all. Mk?

Granted I don't return frequently but if I need to return I most certainly will, and I don't mess with stores that don't offer return option. I can see where the collection of personal info can be a risk to consumers.

girl preach it...i read those reviews and say the same thing...they don't swatch the ish in the store? they just out right buy the product, take home, finger dip, don't like, then return the item ..
and yes the ordering online and then return it to the store??? Go to the store, see the product in person, swatch it and if don't like, THEN DON'T BUY IT..PLAIN AND SIMPLE.. or i just google/youtube the color and see if it's nice.
but then again the lighting in sephora is always deceptive. the product itself can look great on in the store but when u get home and try it under your lighting the item tells a whole different story
i always ask for samples when i go to sephora..i think 3 is the max..
