I do it every 3 months or so. Don't most toothbrushes nowadays come with fading indicators to let you know when it's time to change?

When I was couponing, had 1,000 toothbrushes, and being wasteful...like every month.
Now that I don't have as many...about every 4 months. Mine never start looking ragedy, I guess I'm not brushing hard enough.

Every 2 weeks. i am obsessed with reach FIRM bristle toothbrushes. As soon as the bristles start to get soft/weak I change it out. During the winter every 3 weeks. I change out husbands every 3 months.

When it starts to get raggedy or when I drop. I drop it more often than anything though. I don't keep my toothbrush in the bathroom and if I suspect something happened to it or someone came near it, then I toss it. I've got plenty of toothbrush handy. I don't play with my oral hygiene. Now if it didn't fall and I just felt like it needs a little something extra cus someone was around it, then I'd boil it or soak it with peroxide. Yeah, I'm weird like that.
