After mcleanswife(or however her sn is spelled) shared all the injuries she received giving birth, I don't even know if my children are worth me going through that pain, let alone someone else's child. I love my sister's but no.
I've spoken to my SO about surrogates recently. He's okay with it especially after I made him read her posts.

There is no amount of money that make me do that. No way. But if I decide I want children (and I want biological children) I'll spend however much it costs to get it done.

I like $25k + expenses. That was the price I saw on True life: I'm a Surrogate.  I would have only considered surrogacy for my bf but she's done having kids now so my uterus only has vacancy for any of my potential bio babies.

her pregnancy might be on the end of terrible. don't let it scare you too much. giving birth to your children is a privilege many do not have.

SN: my coworker told me she had her eggs harvested for her sister to do in-vitro and now her sister wont let her see th kids. She had twins. She doesnt want anyone to know either. thats messed up.
