I ended up going with a different vendor anyway. 

@ichinaa, yes anything over 16 is considered length.

Most of the time I am ideological struggling, I am afraid of trying new vendors even thought I feel unhappy with my previous supplier...

You have to be willing to try new suppliers to find good hair. One min a supplier is good the new min they are not. That is the hair game. It changes daily.

I like to find unknown suppliers. When they become popular the quality goes down and the pricing goes up...

I suggest that 3 bundles are better. I always order 3 bundles for a whole head/at least as a substitution later.
