i started my hhj at NL and im currently SL relaxed ; it took me bout 4-5 months to get there. I dont get a relaxer until im 10+ wks post. I always wear protective hairstyles(bunning, phony pony,clipped up, etc) I cowash ofen. Moisturize& seal. I just started oiling scalp every other day. Trim when needed. Deep cond. with a light  protein n moisture once a week. Sleep with scarf.

Starting length: big chop from crown to nape in avi
Current length: 17 inches in avitar
Relaxed/Texlaxed/Natural: Relaxed and natural (back) in avi
How long do you wait between relaxers? 2 years, 8 mos first, then every 4 months
Your hair basics (aka bunning, co-washing, etc...): hair pieces, falls, buns in rear only. Top was relaxed


*IF you're WL, how long did it take you to get there from BSL?  3 years in avi. Loved it; would love to return there.

How long did it take me to get to APL from NL ? 10 months
How long between relaxers?   12 weeks
Hair basics: DC 2x\week, lo-mani, Moisturize and seal

Bun, oil scalp daily, condish daily, water, water, water, vits and flaxseed oil caps, brahmi and Dr. Miracles (Im dumping him tho).
It took 2 years to get to this point because, I wasnt nice to my hair or my body.
