Well let me answer the question even though the thread is no longer on the same path, per say.
The one time I conceived, it only took one time on the night I was ovulating. I know my cycles like clockwork so it was surprised when it happened but wasn't shocked bc of the fact that I knew the chance of it happening but that everything was aligned for it to happen.
Some healthy couples time try to time it right and it still not happen immediately. Let alone just one session of intercourse on the tail end of ovulation.
But even after 10+ years on depo and a few years off of hormonal birth control altogether with just the use of condoms, I conclude that I am fertile. Now I haven't taken any chances on the possibility of becoming pregnant since the last time bc I prefer to be married when that time comes again.
If plans happen to change, I can't say whether or not it will be as easy and effortless to conceive again as it was last time. I really haven't taken any chances to see how long it would take. So I can only hope that it will not take me long when that time comes again.
Random: some of all ain't ish in this thread! And lawd at skeet and delete!!!
