Hello ladies,

I was in Texas last month and I stopped in a hair store (because that's what PJ do, they stop at every hair store in every city they visitLOL) And I saw the "famous" Chi silk infusion, it was a 12oz bottle and the woman wasn't sure of the price then sold it to me for 8 bucks. Apparently it is sold for 12 bucks for the small 4oz bottleShocked.
So my question is how do you use it? I know some ladies rave about it to flat iron but it does not specifically say so on the bottle. So how do you make the most of this product? (I love the smell and it has protein which my hair loves too)

Thanks!!

That's basically how I use it, as a heat protectant for when I blow dry or flat iron.

after i wash my hair, i apply a small amout to my hair and then blow dry. I then proceed to add a little bit more before i flat iron.... i guess i use it rightConfused... i'm not sure. But i do like the outcome, it makes my hair feel silky and adds a little shine to it.

Can you use it while your hair is dry becuase I don't blowdry... I air-dry?

I never understood the proper way to use a serum.

Does it weigh your hair down? Someone was suggesting that I use their keratin mist and I have been looking into using it. Has anyone tried this mist before?

i also use it as a heat protectant before flat ironing or blow drying... but i have used it to air dry when i wet-wrap and it leaves my hair feeling silky after it dries.
