Dose anyone know how i can grow a big booty and wide hips? I have been working out for 2years consistently and have seen no difference, in fact i got smaller,Cry I do regret working out, I was not looking for a smaller butt Angry. Dose anyone have any solution or regimen that work for you or others? also is there any foods i can eat that will help growth! please help!

Exercise with HEAVY weights, low reps, and protein right after weight training
For hips:
Close-Stance squats 45 degrees, don't go parallel. Close-Stance works outer thighs more.
Bent knee legs circles
Bent knee leg raises don't go higher than your hip when lifting your leg.
And any other exercise that works the upper outer thighs.
I say bent because if you don't bend at the knee and your leg is straight it can
make your hips dent in!
 
HEAVY weights, low reps, and protein when you are trying increase muscle size
and Little to NO weights, high reps when you are trying to decrease muscle size and fat in an area.

More exercises for wide hips (im using these and they WORK)


You need to be on heavy weights at the gym, anything smaller than like 20lbs will probably make the muscle smaller over time. Shoot for 50-100+ lbs. Ive only been working with big weights for 2 weeks and have increased my load from 100 to 140 lbs easy. Its an amazing sport!


Sumo squats
Bulgarian Squats
Side lunges
Clamshell
Fire Hydrant

HTH :-) hit those big weights, i'll save u a lot of time right now and let u know that is the number 1 quickest, surest, and safest way to get a butt. (compared to takibg herbs and waiting months/years for fat to end up on ur booty)

And my before and afters are on page 489 of the Maca Root Users thread :-D but its from combined results of a lot of things...... The last 2 show my proress with weight gain/ maca/ and weight training. The best combo for butt growth i've found so far. Lemme know if you need any help :) sorry if its not the look you wanted, i wasnt able to look at ur links cuz im on an ipod :-(
