Perfect results has a good medicated shampoo. Also, try putting coconut milk on your scalp.

As a person who has suffered from childhood with dandruff, I would recommend that you visit a dermatologist.  I have a special steroid based shampoo that I use incombination with a special treatment oil that I must apply before shampooing.

Definitely Sulfur8.

I was so embarrassed by my dandruff problem to. Used Sulfur8 and all gone.
It kind of stinks so now I limit my use to every other weekend only after I have done a co-wash.

If you want sulfur without the smell you can also try SuperGro - cant smell the sulfur and it smells much better

Try a little Sea Breeze. Yes, that's right, Sea Breeze works great and it tingles.
Just don't use too much, a little is all you need.

Tea tree oil strengthens those roots and get rid of it. It's a good idea.

I dont know if somebody already mentionedit but juice from a lime and coconut milk, mix it with a lil cornstarch to give it some thickness. It works wonders and also softens the hair. The natural properties in the lime help destroy dandruff.

I have had dandruff since childhood as well, but my hair has always been long and "healthy" even with a relaxer. I use a dandruff shampoo and there's still dandruff after I wash my hair. I will try tea tree oil though!

I have real persistent dandurff too. It seems watever I will use only works for a time. Sometimes I have jus let it go, den hit it with dat sulfa 8 and some cocnut milk an it good for awhile.

What worry me is brothers dog bringin da fleas again dis summer. My hair bez natural. It hard to get dem fleas out when dey get in.

Lighter Fluid?? Really? Dont dat burn? My momma always use dat blue dishes soap for dem flees, but den the dandurff was back.

I usully just keeps my hair natural in a pony tail til I get a sew-in and dats when his mutt broughtm.

We got dem fleas bad last year. My brother got dis long haired mutt dat runs loose. He be luvin but he gets dem flees bad tho. Then dey get into everthing. Lil sis had to go to the hopspital she hadm so bad under her braids. I wish I had whatevr dey used on her. One wash and her dandurff and fleas was gone.

We laffed. We tol her dat deys gon shave her head and den she hav to wear a wig like grenny. She thew a fit!!

Does the lighter fluid work? Does it burn any? I ask caws I gots gas spilled on me one time and it hurt.
