Thank you everyone for the advice. I do cardio already 4 times a week. I wear waist trimmers, arms trimmers and leg trimmers to make the workout harder. And I'm always drenched in sweat when I'm done. I also do body strength training(where i use my body as a weight) 3 times a week, and training with weights 2x a week.

So I'm thinking that is probably what I'm eating that is causing the bloat... Because I don't eat clean. I'm going to cut processed foods and sugar and see if that helps any!

try a combination of a few things. try getting a corset and try doing stomach wraps. also try introducing acv into all the water u drink. just a splash. or research a few different belly fat vitamins and try one or two. all this in combination with continuing your current workout regimen plus increasing your core workout should definitely yield results if your belly isn't big.

I've got exact problems ladies... Although am bit heavier Im 5'4 (5'3 n summin lol) and Im 148pounds  36 - 29 - 42 .. I work out 5 days a week cardio plus weight training, but my waist just wont shrink :(
