looool we sure are, and i have been buying around mixed chicks for sooo long, dont know why i didnt try it sooner lol

I will admit I'm a bit of a natural ingredient prude  That's why I hadn't tried it. But I was considering making an exception (the dc or leave in) just to figure out the hype and do a product review.

i bought before wash day so if i didn't like i could take it back and only used an oil after wards so i can really get a feel for how it works. i think u would like it, it didnt make my hair look jerry curlish which is something im afraid of when it comes to using "curl defining" products

@chaunee omg we ARE hair fam. I hate when curl products make my curls are super small with zero volume, lookin like a bad wig. and those products usually leave a weird frizz ontop of the overdefinition.
@ritle, actually its been rain/freezing rain/snow central here! I just made sure to conceal my hair under a scarf and on days it was humid i put it in a tiny slick ballerina bun putting more shea butter than my usually daily moisturizing amount, to try and seal it tighter.

got my hair pressed on saturday for an event. the middle pic is today's hair (so happy i could do a high bun)
i'll be 3 years post BC april 18th of this year
and this was my starting point nearly 3 years ago
