The best mascara I've tried so far has been from E.L.F...it's called mineral mascara or something like that. It doesn't irritate my eyes and it doesn't clump.

I hate seeing chicks wear those long plastic looking lashes that look like they about an inch out from their face. It annoys the hell out of me...especially if they are bare face for some reason and wearing scarf scarf ... i just wanna rip em off.
| as seems to always be the case in my experience...i have never seen the ones done at the mall or nail shop look natural...ive seen them look pretty on some but not natural... salons are more expensive but better quality...

I love my individuals...I'm too lazy to keep redoing them though The longest I've worn mine were 2 weeks.
I really want to get individuals done by a professional, but the up keep seems really expensive. I'd rather do my own and slap on two coats of mascara.

| I asked cuz my inner ratchet self recognized the hair glue trick . I wear strips cuz I heard individuals can take out your real eyelashes. I told this chick in the BSS, and she said, "Naw girl, not if you use bonding glue and take em off with conditioner!" No lie, I brought the individuals and some hair glue, but I chickened out .

yeah I have a little bit of inner and outer ratchet from time to time...but try it girl! LOL nobody here even started using the real lash glue until about a year or 2 ago..and they only use it cause it lasts longer. The bonding glue is quick and easy to remove (I wouldn't use conditioner though ..baby oil ftw) I'm not blind yet, so I can't say it's had a negative effect, and I've been wearing them everyday since 05 or 06... I'm scared of all of the glues in the long run though

My first experience was at a flea market in miami (yeah i know). I wanted individuals bcus i wanted them natural looking. She asked it i wanted short medium or dramatic. I said medium. Needless to say in miami medium must mean drag queen bcus thats what i looked like. The lashes went ABOVE my eyebrows. I ripped them off in a couple hours. I was thinking to myself, what the hell does dramatic look like?

I want to learn how to apply lashes myself anyways. I'm just to scary to try right now lol. There are some youtube videos on how to apply. I think I will look at those later....
I just hate the overtly, obviously fake looking eyelash look.

Whenever I go back home, I'm thinking to myself, "Why are you okay with walking round looking like that?" My cousin sent me a pic the other day and all I could see was those damn tarantula legs on her face.
