Take maca & balance those hormones! |
Oh Love, I wish, maca is what did this to me. I took it for 4 months (3 different brands) then started taking fenugreek and saw palmetto. Maca also made super bloated. The only thing it did was stabilize my moods. I bought a detox kit today, hopefully that works some. Thank you though:-)

| The first one was gelatinized for sure, it was semi expensive too. That made me super bloated, then I used a whole bottle of natrol maca then now maca then back to natrol. I don't know if those 2 were geletanized. I experienced less boating with natrol and now. Absolutely no growth with any of them, if anything I shrank. Ill try again after my cleanse.

jump rope..it is cheap, fun and great fat burner |
Cellulite is not fat. You can't treat it simply by burning fat. It needs to be broken up and flushed from the body; the body cannot burn it as fuel like regular fat. Even athletes can still have cellulite.

I'm not saying cellulite is fat nor do I think you can completely eliminate cellulite by jumping rope. I, however know it is a great way to tackle cellulite. It just a simple and cheaper way to tackle cellulite than buying products (which can be very expensive) that may or may not help.
OP - try incorporating jump rope while you search for your product regimen for cellulite.

Well, regardless, it may help to some degree, but I'm pretty thin and have some pretty bad cellulite on my thighs. Cardio won't do squat to reduce the appearance of this.
I need to buy caffeine pills for a fat burning cream I'm working on, so I'm going to use that next time in my cellulite cream as well. It will be much more effective than just using coffee. I've never bought caffeine pills before, but I'm guessing it'll be a little grainy, so in the morning I'll probably let the mix dry then brush it off before I get dressed. The newer cellulite was so easy to tackle, but my base cellulite is proving to be much harder to tackle. :/ Still hoping it'll be almost completely gone within a month!

So, I've been wearing shorts the past couple of days and just put on pants today. My legs are REALLY tight in them again. It seems like I'm gaining back cellulite faster than I can get rid of it. Wtf. maybe I need to drink more water again, I haven't been drinking much lately. I might end up buying a cellulite cream to use with this stuff, but I really don't want to stop my NBE because of this. :/

| Sadly I had to stop. I haven't ingested an herb other than the detox herbs in over 3 weeks. None of the herbs did anything for me anyway. Even if there weren't any results I would have kept on to see, but the cellulite kept packing in no matter what I did. Clay masks, dry brushing, wraps, upping my water intake... Saw palmetto made me hungry and sleepy all day. I did manage to gain 6 lbs in 1 month so that made me gain an inch. I'm a 40 on the hips now!!! Finally! But u gained an inch in the stomach too womp womp womp...

Apparently estrogen dominance can cause cellulite, which explains why it's happening to me. I took a hormone test online and it looks like I have normal estrogen levels but low progesterone. So I'm tweaking my NBE program a bit and adding progesterone cream. Hopefully fixing this problem will prevent new cellulite from sprouting so I can finally get rid of this stuff. This is the hormone test I used, it pretty much covers everything, way better than many others I've looked at: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=5135So if you might be estrogen dominant as well, then you'll probably have to balance your hormones before getting rid of your cellulite.
