Natty, vitex also balances your hormones. I want to take that since I didn't have any luck with maca. Maybe I need the opposite of maca, which is what vitex is in a way, not sure. Ther only symptom I have from that test is that my period lasts 2 days instead of 5. I've been this way for a year, out of nowhere and I'm gaining weight around my mid section, but I'm 31 so I think that comes with age anyway. So I stil don't know if I'm estrogen dominant or anything else. Bummer..

Cellulite is caused by persistent subcutaneous fat that causes dimpling of the skin.
All women have a little cellulite (except Rihanna, I've seen those pics!  ) but maybe you should up your cardio in order to lose more body fat.
I think that you should maybe look into starting to jog. It will firm up your legs and I think could help reduce the cellulite. When I started running, I started losing my "butt love handles" (you know, that hangs over your jeans) and it really helped to just tone up my lower body. I still have cellulite but its not as bad as it could be if never started running (because big ol' booties run in my family)
I'm saying this because yes, I love running but also because I think it's going to help you tremendously.

Hi, thank you but I already got rid of most of it with the cleanse. I don't have any extra general fat to get rid of anyway. Im 5' 5 and only 122 lbs. Cellulite is caused by different things. Mine was caused by my hormones changing due to herbs. Thank you anyway:-)

I meant a cleanse, not the cleanse. Its called ultimate cleanse. I got it at vitaminshoppe. If the cellulite is from fat alone I don't know how much it will work, but it cleared up 70% of mine because it appeared within a week out of nowhere solely because of herbs.

I think so, I threw the box away. Orange box, two bottles of pills.. I already did my thirty days. I'm back to being backed up... :-( but it worked while i was on it...

This question was from last year so not sure anyone will check this but anyhow..this is how I combated my cellulite. First...dry brushing..to drain the lymphatic system..each and every time I shower....saw results with this within a month! But it didn't smooth out my cellulite completely. I read about the chinese cupping method and found a set of plastic cups from ebay for $20. The method behind cupping is the suction used is supposed to break apart the fibers that are contained under the skin that are causing the lumps and bumps. THis has made my cellulite disappear I would say 95%! Now I use all 3 methods along with a body mask...the Aztec Indian Healing Clay. Using all 4 methods I'm convinced my cellulite will be completely gone within the next 6 months! stand up and
rinse the rest off.
