What are Hormones?“Hormones are your body’s chemical messengers. They travel in your bloodstream to tissues or organs. They work slowly, over time, and affect many different processes, including - Growth and development
- Metabolism – how your body gets energy from the foods you eat
- Sexual function
- Reproduction
- Mood
Endocrine glands, which are special groups of cells, make hormones. The major endocrine glands are the pituitary, pineal, thymus, thyroid, adrenal glands and pancreas. In addition, men produce hormones in their testes and women produce them in their ovaries.” Hormones are produced using good fats and cholesterol, so lack of these important dietary factors can cause hormone problems simply because the body doesn’t have the building blocks to make them. Toxins containing chemicals that mimic these building blocks or that mimic the hormones themselves are also problematic because the body can attempt to create hormones using the wrong building blocks… mutant estrogen anyone? 1. Avoid High Omega-6 Polyunsaturated Fats Don’t eat fats like Vegetable oil, peanut oil, canola oil, soybean oil, margarine, shortening or other chemically altered fats. Choose fats like coconut oil, real butter, olive oil (don’t heat!) and animal fats (tallow, lard) from healthy sources instead and eat lots of high Omega-3 fish 2. Limit the Caffeine Cut down the coffee if you can, or replace with beneficial herbal teas (a list of my favorite recipes coming soon!). If you can’t or won’t cut the coffee, use it as a way to sneak in your beneficial fats by adding 1 tablespoon coconut oil to each cup and blending in the blender to emulsify. It is like a latte but with healthy fats 3. Avoid ToxinsToxins found in pesticides, plastics, household chemicals and even mattresses can contain hormone disrupting chemicals that mimic hormones in the body and keep the body from producing real hormones. Things like hormonal birth control can (obviously) do the same thing. If you have hormone imbalance or are struggling to get pregnant, avoiding these toxins is very important! Cook in glass or non-coated metal pans (no non-stick or teflon!) and avoid heating or storing foods in plastic. Find organic produce and meat whenever possible and don’t use chemical pesticides or cleaners. There are recipes for natural cleaners 4. Exercise LightlyIf you have hormone imbalance, intense extended exercise can actually make the problem worse in the short term. Sleep is actually more important, at least during the balancing phase, so focus on relaxing exercises like walking or swimming and avoid the extended running, cardio and exercise videos, for now…. 5. Lift Heavy WeightsWhile extended cardio can be bad, short bursts of heavy lifting (kettlebells, deadlifts, squats, lunges) can be beneficial since they trigger a cascade of beneficial hormone reactions. Aim for a few sets (5-7) at a weight that really challenges your, but make sure to get help with form and training if you haven’t done these before as bad form can be harmful! 6. Eat Some Coconut Oilcoconut is amazing for hormone health. It provides the necessary building blocks for hormone production, can assist weight loss, reduce inflammation, and even has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties

- stress
- Lack of sleep
- lack of excercise
- toxic chemicals or environment
- menopause (around women
The list of is what you should be avoiding if you want curves...you may be familiar with some of the information that was provided but take note it is very important to those wither lack of estrogen or excess estrogen should still balance horomone

Foods Balance Horomones NaturallyWhenever you eat your food you want the food that provides you enough nuttrients and enzymes to help you digested the foods that you eat. The enzymes are what help break your food down, to absourb whatever you eat.. If you eat alot of fried food and drink alot of soda for example and take aguaje then don't expect yourself to receive fast result cuz you will not receive fast result that way...fried foods and soda slow down enzymes and the digestion will not digest propertly..that means if you take aguaje it will take a while for results cause fried foods are mostly fat and soda is acid carbonated water it's just like toxic tooo much soda, fried food can stop or slow down aguaje from absourbing so i would suggest you first detox your body first before you try curve pills

Foods that Hance of Hormoneselp Maintain the Bal
Whole grains like rice, rye, and wheat, good fats like olive oil, canola oil, good quality proteins (containing all or maximum amino acids), complex carbohydrates which are slowly digested, fresh vegetables and fruits loaded with dietary fiber, low fat dairy products, etc., constitute a healthy diet. Lean meat and fish, poultry, nuts and seeds, flaxseed, dry fruits, natural herbs, whole grain products or multi grain breads and pastas, fresh fruits and fruit juices, vegetables, vegetable juices and soups, berries, almonds, apricots, raisins, dates, low fat milk, yogurt, etc., should be incorporated in your regular diet if you want to enjoy balanced production of hormones in the body. Certain fruit juices like lemon juice, orange juice, etc., that are rich in vitamin C, act as natural detoxifying agents and help remove accumulated toxins in the body. Consumption of such natural detoxifying agents along with a balanced diet, helps enhance the functioning of the endocrine system. Natural spices like garlic, onion, cinnamon, etc., are necessary for maintaining your health. Dietitians recommend consumption of organic fruits and vegetables to prevent hormone imbalance.
Turmeric is the herb which helps balance both female and male hormones. Ginseng also plays an important role in hormone balance. In India, turmeric is used regularly in all types of diets. Research shows that the Japanese diet is rich in phytoestrogens, natural compounds derived from plants. They help establish hormone balance in the body. Examples of foods which contain phytoestrogens are soy milk, soy beverages, tofu, tempeh, soybeans and sprouts, wheat-berries, fenugreek, lentils, yums, rice, all sprouted seeds, alfalfa, linseed, oil seeds like sesame, sunflower etc., uncooked olive oil, wheat germ, rice bran, corn, barley, oats, parsley, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, parsnip, celery, green peas, green beans, cucumber, apples, anise, carrots, pomegranates, etc.
Foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids like fish, fish oil, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds help improve the hormone levels in the body. They improve your memory and cognitive thinking by replenishing the body with fatty acids (that are destroyed due to hormonal imbalances). Antioxidant rich fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds help strengthen your endocrine system, as they cancel the effects of free radicals on the body. Consumption of organic food (foods produced without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides) with plenty of clean, filtered water is essential if you want to prevent hormone imbalance.
While consuming healthy foods, you need to avoid processed and fast food, foods that contain harmful colors and preservatives, and foods that are packed with sugar, oil and fat. Animal products obtained from animals that are fed with antibiotics and artificial growth hormones, can affect the production of hormones in your body. Restricted intake of sugar, salt, caffeine, soda, carbonated drinks, and alcohol, helps prevent hormone imbalance. If you are diagnosed with hormonal imbalance, you should first find out which hormone is over produced in your body or whether you are suffering from a hormonal deficiency. Hormonal imbalance can lead to severe mood swings, and it can affect cognitive processes, reproduction and organ function.
You should consult your physician and dietitian regarding foods to eat to balance hormones, because required food types may vary from person to person, depending upon the nature of hormone imbalance. Apart from food, you should keep yourself engaged in activities which can make you feel happy. You need to perform simple exercises like walking, swimming, and cycling, regularly. Breathing exercises, yoga and meditation, can help you manage stress. Last but not the least, sufficient rest is as important as healthy diet and exercise, when it comes to the balance of hormones in the body
