Anyone has any recipes? Cheapie conditioners like VO5, Sauve, etc., are good but would like something more natural and better for the environment.

2 ripe avocados (depending on your hair length.)
Aloe vera gel
extract 1/2 of a Lime juice
1/2 ripe banana

You could get creative and add essential oils of your choice, egg, coconut milk.

Apply any hair oil and leave on for atleast 1 hr. I usually leave it overnight.
I have used fresh aloe vera juice and combined everything in a blender. The result is a pista colored cream with no lumps at all, and it was so easy to apply on my hair and scalp. I took sections of my hair and applied it to the scalp till the ends. It will not drip at all when applied to the scalp.

There are lots of recipes for homemade conditioners in here already. I posted a link for Tracie's recipes, someone else posted a link for Motown Girl's recipes. Look through some of these threads that have already been posted and I'm sure you'll find lots of hair conditioner recipes.
