I heard it loosens your curl pattern to a 3c.

I had scrambled egg bits in my hair when tried it because I rinsed with hot water so I can't tell you any personal success stories.LOL

ive never used yogurt.

but I use eggs all the time.
its a great protein treatment when mixed w/ conditioner.

just do notttttttttttt rinse out with hot water.

love eggs for protien yes my hair feel stonger after works even better with peanut butter and molasses. you will get the same effect with the yogurt and eggs.

anything with protein loosens your curl pattern a little bit temporarily.. but not at all necessarily to a 3c. That's really random. 

But this is an okay treatment. I would add some essential oils and conditioner to it, too. I find yogurt leaves my hair a little dusty and you have to make sure you rinse with warm/cool water for eggs. I used peanut butter instead of eggs for protein for that reason. Also be sure your yogurt is sugar and flavor free.

When using egg in your hair, RINSE WITH COLD WATER! My first time using egg in my hair as a protein conditioner, I rinsed with warm water and immediately regretted it. Dead
