For people who are looking to lose weight Herbalife is a great product and the concept is simple.  You are forcing your body to have 300 or so calories in each meal. It's all about cutting calories and upping your exercise!
I started using it after giving birth to my daughter, a friend introduced me to it and I was amazed by the result and my skin is glowing and I feel more energetic..  All you have to do is to replace your meals (breakfast and lunxh for ex) by a shake

You are so right. Star I gained quite a bit of weight since 2006 and I was sick and tired of it and knew I needed to make a change and slim down. I was looking for something that was simple and effective. Something that when I stopped I wouldn't blow back up. So I researched herbalife for months and finally decided to jump in and try it.
 
I started Monday (8/19/13) and I replace 2 meals (Breakfast and Dinner) with the shake (Cookies and Cream mixed with Vanilla). OMG, the shake is yummy (No Lie) Big smile Shocked I was shocked. I did not feel like I was missing anything. It was like having a cookies and cream milkshakes 2 times a day. Before the shake I have the aloe and the tea.  Both of which don't taste good to me no matter the flavor (Honest).
 
During the week I realized that I was not tired. I was up at 5:45am almost everyday and usually I am exhausted but not this week. I found that I had alot more focus, I was able to focus to do things I had not done in years. I was not hungry, I felt fuller longer. I didn't feel the need to snack between meals and if I did snack less than half way through I would realize that I wasn't even hungry to begin with just snacking for the hell of it. I also felt I had more energy, so much so that I may be becoming a morning person as well as a night person. Shocked LOL.
 
I went back on Thursday (8/22/13) for my progress check and lo and behold I had dropped 7lbs and 6 inches from my waist. ClapBig smile. I was shocked. Yes I know it was probably water weight but weight is weight to me. LOL I had only worked out 2 times that week (Monday 30 min hard bootcamp, Tuesday 20 min moderate intensity DVD) I am really motivated by this first week alone.
 
I've decided to fully invest in their products (Yes they are pricy). If you won't invest in yourself then how can you expect anyone else to right.
