I'm looking for a full proof recipe to colour my hair to dark brown/black AND to cover my grey hair in the front. My hair is already dark but the grey bothers me.

The only time I ever used henna, I did so on my mother's head and I didn't incorporate any indigo. The colour turned out to be a brassy red AND it refused to cover the grey (not to mention it was messy as hell).
Does anyone have a specific recipe that works for them?

I tried semi-permanent color in the past (in a box) but the problem is that being natural, I tend to wet my hair a lot and the color comes out faster than normal and it ends up not being worth it at all...

Definitely browse the second link.  I remember her from years ago.

One of my friends turned me onto the Lush henna line.  I use the "Caca Rouge Mama" and love it.  It makes my grays look like soft highlights.  Smile

I've learned my lesson, permanent color is too harsh and I'm going back to henna for color. I've been wanting beautiful black hair color and I'll be getting some hendigo next month.
