A few months ago Sang Froid was kind enough to tell me how to download a free PDF book from the internet.  It worked perfectly!  Unfortunately I didn't save the info and now I would like to download New Rules of Lifting for Women and can't figure it out!   I have tried using the BHM search but can't find the topicUnhappy.

Can someone please help me with navigating the search? Or if you know the way to download free PDFs, please share?
