I bought a really nice full lace wig (first one never owned a lace front) and attempted to bleach the knots. It was a disaster! I ended up with bleached roots which I found out that I can fix with dye but my problem is that the bottom of my knots are bleached the tops are still dark and the lace appears orangeCry. How do I fix it? Please help me this unit was expensive and I dont want to ruin it any further. TIA Smile

you didn't leave the bleach on long enough that's why its orange, you stopped it b4 it got to blonde.. i use a 40 b/c it faster and stronger.. you can wash it with shimmering lights purple shampoo (sally's has this) it will help remove some of the orange in the lace.. but how long did you leave it on? if it was 30 minutes you can do it again for another 30 min's after you condition and give it a day or more.. then try again, 30 min's no more than 40.. you can do a root touch up for the roots, but your consistency of the bleach solution needs to be thick so that its not runny.. thick enough that it stands on the lace, i mix and let it stand and if its thick enough by adding enough of the bleach powder than you can proceed to redo them knots.. add some color corrector if you want or red out, or unred to be sure you take it to the next level.. another thing i do is i hold it over a base bowl and use the blow dryer and it speeds up the process and you can pretty much shake off the dried bleach solution.. and then wash the hair..
