OP how about you try putting the got2beglue in your part going from the front to where the part on the lace stops. I promise you the lace will not move. You have to let it still be gooey before pressing it in with the comb.

I guess I am not following you then.

I thought you said you were trying to apply the unit behind your hairline ... the same as a weave then in terms of your natural hair edges being exposed.

If this is the case the lace of the unit will be sitting in the 'part' of your natural hair ... but unless you shave that 'part' bald or bare ... the tape/glue etc will end up sitting on the root of your natural hair. So then there will no 'grip' and the lace will lift up... and this will damage your natural hair.

The B2B is an option like Sugerbanana says because it’s basically a water soluble hair styling cream. So maybe use a lot more of it and then press .. press? Honestly, to me I don’t see that this would work aesthetically speaking if you have to put so much on it such that it can grip the lace. Then when you move your head etc … that ‘part’ is gonna stay stiff and unnatural looking because only the hair on top can move.

The only thing you can do is use hair pins etc to adhere the unit to your natural hair to keep your edges exposed ... though as many people here know .. I strongly caution against this technique.

I don't think the visit is worth damaging your real hair though. Just be yourself and wear your hair as your bf has seen it. I am sure his parents will love you just because HE loves you. :)

Relax and have a nice evening with them so they can see who you are on the INSIDE for this first meeting. I really think they want to know what kind of a girl their son is serious about and the hairstyle can't be a dealbreaker.

Think ... 'confidence'.

Peace - Great news that you provided above, I have done that several times and it really does make a lace wig look GOOD.
