So I've notice the past few months my hair has been getting thinner and shorter. I used to have really thick long hair. I started flat ironing my hair a lot in the past 4 years like almost everyday. When I noticed it becoming thinner and shorter I decided to get a cut which didn't help at all. Now my hair is really uneven super short on the front and really long in the back. I wash my hair once a week shampoo and
Condition. I never dye my hair nor put perms or any harsh chemicals in it. I really just need some advice on how to get it health Agian.

Thanks In Advance
Below are pictures after flat ironed and after a wash

well, the obvious is to hold off on the flat iron LOL
hit it with some protein treatments,
moisturize it, deep condition it as much as you can.
and just find air-dry styles and save the heat for special occasions.

Aussie 3 minute conditioner really works well.
Put it up in a bun, ponytail, clips and leave it alone. Just like the above ^^
do you use a hair protectant?

You should never go over it with a flat iron more then twice its fine if its not pin straight because there are creams and oils that will keep it sleek.

Its all because of ironing..stop that first and start using natural will definitely help.
