Quinoa or small amount of basmati rice.  I love cauliflower, as long as it is not boiled.  Kale, swiss chard, watercress, arugula, and bok choy.  Beans (damn near all of them).  Lentils and chickpeas rock!

brocolli is my 1st healthy food i fell in love with @9yrs old, beans, greens, tomotoes, (just ate some sardines with onions) water, fruits (especially watermelon) pomegranite, strawberry real fruit bars, chicken, fish and then from time to time i eat a bit out of order to give myself a HEALTHY balance
(fo sho) ooooo and fresh raw peanuts, i buy them raw like 10 big bags @sprouts grocery store , store them in cool dark cabinet, then as i want them (which is everyday) i roast em in oven on cooking sheet...YUM O!
