I would suggest you get on a liquid vitamin D ASAP.  Low vitamin d levels affect EVERYTHING.  Most all major diseases can be attributed to low vitamin d levels. Vitamin D affects your hormones.  Regarding your thyroid--- I would suggest researching and finding a specialist.  I will include links to help you.  You likely need a FULL hormone panel done on day 3-4 or day 18-21 of your period/cycle.  This will help you access what else may be going on.  Sleep is also critical (getting enough) and determining if you have cortisol issues.

I take a 5000  vit d3 gelcap but I'm going to look into the liquid. I have a hard time drinking things but maybe I can do my usual and hold my nose while I gulp it down and chase it with a piece of candy to get the taste out of my mouth.  lol

well if you have a thyroid issue that could be part of your weight problem..

@TC: Ya, rly! And I was eating! We had to ration the firewood so during the day we kept skillets of meat cooking in the fireplace using the gas and only burned the wood at night.
