I'm not sure how to help you on this but first figure out how much you are willing to pay and what kind of coverage you are seeking. What are you expecting you package to contain. Try calling the insurance companies and asking them for information about their coverage. Think about your lifestyle and what you might need and what might be able to wait. HTH

This! Otherwise I can't help u, I have NYC Healthfirst Medicaid. Honestly, I think if I didn't have Medicaid, I'd still go with them. I've seen my mom's BC/BS bills and...DAMN. just saying the doc for a wasteful 15mins was $200

Yes Kaiser Permanente sends me something all the time for individual insurance plans. I think they quoted me $119 a month but I don't think that was for my son and I.

health benefits are chosen according to your own personal needs. some folks opt for no dental or vision. if money is a factor they may opt for cheaper health plans.

We are in between Jobs right now, we are waiting for our jobs to become permanet, if the budget allows... right now we have health insurance but not dental, and that expires in January....we have budgeted for approx 200 a month. but we both see specialist at least once a month, and many of the cheaper ones only allow for 5-10 visits before we have to pay for full costs.

Whoa individual insurance is so freakin expensive....Those deductibles!!! I was trying to compare it to what my job offers and I quickly signed on the dotted line at work.
