I hope I marry a saver... I wouldn't want to not have access to our money but I would want him to be in charge of the money and paying the bills. I would agree to a spending limit.

I'd be fine with it. Its like having a financial advisor in your household. Sometimes people must learn self-control when it comes to spending, and a reasonable allowance is a good idea in my opinion.
