@Toni--- I remixed last night and continuing on in P2 until this vial is done. Even though I've been injecting 33 days (with 4 skip days) I've only been VLC since 2 days before Thanksgiving(VLCD 17). I also reduced my dose down to 120iu to see if that will help the afternoon hunger. I think my last batch had started to lose effectiveness.
Losing inches in addition to the weight is what it's all about. It is to be expected for the losses to slow down so your body catches up. Losing an INCH is AWESOME!!!! I need to remeasure but I can't find my original measurements. I'll do that this weekend.

Awesome release today Missy! I can't wait to get into the 2- teens. Are you planning on being on P2 on X-mas? My family and I are going to Disney World from the 23rd-30th and I'm thinking that I should probably end my round before I leave and go into p3 so I don't sabotage myself with the travel and being in an amusement park most days.
I think I like losing inches the best! This protocol really does reshape the body...it's amazing isn't it?

I will probably stay on P2 through Xmas. I don't have any plans nor do I have a desire for Xmas food so as long as my losses are still there I'm going to keep going. I'm ovulating now and will probably have TOM during the holidays so I DEFINITELY want the appetite control from HCG active during that time.
You will need to prepare very well for the 7 days at Disney. Your strategy is going to be very important. You can do it!!

I broke o into the 100s today. I'm at 199. I had some miracle noodles last night. I'm reading that people stall on them. What have your experiences been with them?

R1 P2 VLCD35 -2.0 lbs
current weight = 216.0lbs (-10.4lbs)
R1 Goal = 199lbs or less
No loss on Fri/Sat (Friday was our company annual meeting/holiday party) and today I finally started moving decent numbers. Not sure if it is a result of the new batch of HCG. From here on out (after my current supply is used up) I'm gonna switch to 2000iu and mix more often.
@Urban--- congrats on hitting the 100's!! Awesome!!! What is your goal for this round? I have not had any issues with the Miracle Noodles stalling me. Last time I ate them I was not adhering to protocol correctly. I have some I plan to cook this week.

Hi Ladies! Since I'm going on vacation soon. I'm going to stop P2 earlier than I planned. Here is my timeline to get to my goal weight. I find that putting a timeline together really motivates me. Of course it may not go exactly as planned but this is the plan! It just doesn't seem so far away once I see it in writing. R1 P2 - 10/29/2012 Starting Weight- 247 LIW- 233 R2 P2- 11/24/2012 Starting Weight- 232.8 LIW GOAL (12/20/2012)- 207.8 R2 P3- Planned interruption while at Disney only R3 P2- 01/01/2013 Starting Weight- 207.8 LIW GOAL (02/09/2012)- 177.8 P3- 21 days R4 P2- 03/05/2013 Starting Weight- 177.8 LIW GOAL (04/15/2013)- 147.8 P3- 21 days R5 P2- 05/09/2013 Starting Weight- 147.8 LIW GOAL (05/30/2013)- 130 P3- 21 days P4- 21 days This time around with this protocol I will be incorporating exercise. During P2 I will be doing cardio 2 times per week (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on Mondays and Wednesdays). During P3 I will do boxing, kazaxe (kinda like zumba) and walking. If you took the time to read through my plan LOL thanks! Toni~

Here is my update for today. My goal for this round has changed since I've decided to do a planned interruption because of vacation. So I have 10.2 more lbs to go this round...almost there :) I was so happy this morning to wake up and see that I am under 220! R2 P2 D15 Start Weight: 232.8 Today Loss: -2.0 Current Weight: 218 Total Released: 14.8 R2 Goal: 10.2 more lbs to go! UrbanLegend- Congrats on hitting OnEdErlAnd!!!!!! I ate miracle noodles when I did the protocol the last time. It didn't affect my releases BUT I will say that some people get a little backed up and may notice that their releases aren't as big right after because of that. So just keep that in mind if that happens to you...it'll balance itself out. I def need to get some of those...delicious and filling. Missy-Awesome release yesterday! 2 lbs is amazing! Yea I feel you on wanting that appetite control during the holidays. You're right I def need to prepare big time. I already know what food stands/restaurants sell gluten free food items (cause of my celiac) but I now I need to determine what is P3 friendly out of those gluten free choices. I guess I have work to do today. SugaBrown- No worries on what you gained back..it happens! Like you said you're back on track now! Congrats on releasing 7 lbs!! Toni~

R1 P2 VLCD36 no loss--no worries
current weight = 216.0lbs (-10.4lbs)
R1 Goal = 199lbs or less
I ate later than I should have last night and worked out this morning. Only 6 hours sleep and early weigh in. I did moderate cardio yesterday (trying to test my running endurance) so that may have also caused me to delay releases. Either way, I'm on the way to salvaging this round in decent fashion. I'm recovering from my sugar addiction.
I reorganized my closet yesterday to color code my slacks and shirts (anal/OCD) and I took the opportunity to try on all of my pants that I couldn't wear since I gained weight. I'm happy to report that I could fit over 75% of them. The ones that I purchased as "goal" were the only ones that I can't fit (yet).
@Toni--- AWESOME losses. I love your planning for your future rounds. Can you prepare and pack your foods for the park? If you have something as backup that may help you in the event of a food emergency. I read on the other hcg forum that some gluten free products cause gains. Be careful with any prepared foods. Have you ever tried to "laser" the gluten intolerance?? I am investigating this for sugar.
@Sugarbrown--- You are throwing down!!! Back on track is all that matters. We all have our own HCG lessons learned.

^^^^ YAY!! That is awesome Missy...your wardrobe just got bigger ! Yea you are right. A lot of gluten free products are not really for people trying to lose weight. But there are a lot of things I can eat that are naturally gluten free..it doesn't necessarily have to be something that is made specifically to be gluten free. Ha I hope what I just said makes sense. What do you mean by lasering the gluten intolerance? Toni~

I don't understand everything yet but here is what I've borrowed from online.
How To Laser a Food Sensitivity
These are the directions for lasering a food allergen or sensitivity. First you muscle test. Hold your arm out in front at a 90 degree angle to your body. Have someone else push down on your arm to test your strength. It should be strong without the allergen in your hand. Next hold the allergen in your hand and have the person push down again. If you have a problem, your arm will be weak and will easily be pushed down, much more easily than when you tested your arm strength with nothing in your hand. If it's still strong, you aren't necessarily okay for that item. Still holding your arm out, have your assistant press firmly at the bridge of your nose between your eyes while pushing down on your arm. If he/she is unable to push down your arm (it's strong) while pressing the bridge, then you are SO allergic that your polarity has flipped. so you must treat. If your arm goes down easily when pressing the bridge and is strong without pressing the bridge, then the item is fine.
Now for the treatment. Take the allergen and hold it out from your navel about 2" then shine a laser light back toward the item so the light would pass through if the item were not in the way. Shine the light for 2 minutes. Wash your hands and avoid the allergen for 24 hours. Then 24 hours retest the item and see if you are strong now. If not, retreat it the same way.
If you have a lot of allergies, it's best to do a full course of treatment in the proper NAET order. You would have to buy allergen vials to do some of these and you need the NAET guidebook to know what to avoid. Kaleein found a kit with vials that will work here: http://www.the-allergy-kit.com/
The 12 basics are: 1. Chicken/ egg mix 2. Milk/ calcium mix 3. Vitamin C mix 4. B complex mix 5. Sugar mix 6. Iron/ meat mix 7. Vitamin A mix/ Fish mix/ Shellfish mix 8. Mineral mix 9. Salt mix/ chlorides 10. Corn mix 11. Grain mix 12. Yeast mix/ Candida (Nambudripad, The NAET Guide Book, p. 28).
If you have airborne allergies, put out a glass of water for 24 hours in the vicinity of the problem (weeds etc) then treat the water and try to stay inside for 24 hours. If you have a problem with cat hair, put the hair in a glass (must be glass) then treat that way and go stay somewhere away from cats for 24 hours.
You can layer 2-3 treatments. Do one, then the next. Avoid only the last item treated.
