I really wasn't going to load but I didn't plan well and had to purchase fast food. Went ahead and got something nice and greasy.

I ordered some hcg...I'm really gonna try this. I've read & did a lot of research. I'm not sure if I should wait til after the holiday?

Do you ladies have any suggestions?

Also do you ladies exercise at all?

I dont excercise .. it isnt really recommend that you do heavy excersice i walked lightly fr about 30 minutes everyday and didnt have much energy for anything else

If the holidays are going to be a temptation and you cheat regularly, I would consider waiting until your have a "Made Up Mind".
 
I exercise but it is mostly lifting and very minimal low impact cardio (walking or elliptical monitoring my heartrate) I used to be a chronic exerciser but I'm adapting to doing less and being very focused on my diet.

I take supplements that include b vitamins, magnesium, selenium, and more that help with energy.  Caffeine from coffee also helps.

total  -4.4 lbs
VLCD#3 no loss
 
I have allergy issues and have been taking OTC meds for it.  It may be affecting my loss numbers but not gonna focus on that.  Starting lifting Sunday and last night.  Will do core or other strength training with walking as cardio.

If you're going to go off plan, don't waste the hcg but you will gain and the stall won't be worth it

I did lifting while on hcg to maintain muscle mass. Wouldn't recommend anything like strenuous cardio
