Loading Day #2  (lost 1.6 lbs) Stern Smile  I ate but wasn't hungry.......   Starting the VLCD probably Sunday.  Gotta make sure loading is done right.

my cousin decided to start over too because she felt she didn't load well enough and her hunger has been crazy. I was a little scared I didn't eat enough either... on account if food being expensive lol and me not really liking to/having the time to eat more than twice a day. but I packed in like 2,000 calories a meal (five guys and panera Mac n cheese realllll fatty) so I should be okay... my hunger hasn't been unbearable. and my end if the night flaming hot Cheetos cravings have ceased. thank god.

lol see this is why I need my cousin back on the horse so I can spare y'all my food ramblings

I'm giving up SF red bull for good.  I read some horrific things about splenda and I'm kissing that and grains goodbye.

my asparagus went bad :/ i decided to make spinach instead. 1 cup sure looks like a lot raw... cooked? >.>

I wouldn't do truvia......  read the label. I think it has maltodextrin in it.  I am going strictly stevia drops or Stevia NoCarb from here on out.  The potential for artificial sweetners to make you hungry and stall is too great.  I honestly believe that addiction made my previous rounds with HCG more challenging than necessary.
